Project Development Workshops

Global Citizen’s Project Development Workshop is a hands-on space created to guide community members and organizations in shaping meaningful civic engagement initiatives. Participants are introduced to brainstorming exercises, project planning tools, and frameworks for community involvement, all rooted in practical questions that help translate passion into action. The workshop also emphasizes how to build thoughtful, community-centered projects that reflect real needs while tapping into local assets and networks.

An important feature of the workshop is an introduction to Global Citizen’s website and project portal. Attendees learn how to post events, recruit volunteers, and use our portal as a resource hub for outreach and logistics. Whether you’re starting from scratch or strengthening an existing idea, the workshop is designed to give you the structure and support to move your project forward.
