Join Global Citizen on January 19. 2026 for the 31st annual Greater Philadelphia Martin Luther King Day of Service at their Signature Site event being held at Temple University’s Pearson/McGonigle Hall (1800 N Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19121) between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The Signature Site is a showcase of regional activity, featuring hands-on service projects, a health fair, workshops, a jobs fair, and a kids’ carnival of activities aimed at young people between the ages of 5-12. The event is entirely free of charge (for exhibitors and attendees) and open to the public. The typical schedule of events is listed below:
- 8:00am – Registration and Health & Wellness Fair Begin
- 9:00am-9:30am – Opening Ceremony
- 9:30am-12:00pm – Service Projects, Health & Wellness Fair Begin/Resume
- 12:00pm – Activities Wrap Up
There is no registration necessary to attend, though exhibitors must pre-register their activities to participate and receive a table and chair setup in the space. Pre-registration for specific service projects at the event are reserved for sponsors only. Attendees interested in volunteering may still attend and serve on open projects on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to campus is somewhat limited. Parking information will be shared at a later date.
